Answer:
I don't think she smokes cigarettes. If you look at all those pictures of Sarah in the gallery of her smiling; her teeth are bleach white. I cannot say this is a true fact but it doesn't seem like it. Cigars on the other hand is different. I don't smoke, but I would smoke a cigar (someday...) just for celebration or fun. Next thing you know Sarah will be on the cover of Cigar Aficionado.
